Omar Gandhi Architects commissioned product photography for 18 Gauge and the OG Brick Light, two lighting pieces developed with Aaline that explore the relationship between architecture, material, and atmosphere.

18 Gauge uses the language of corrugated metal to shape reflection and shadow, while the OG Brick Light integrates light directly into the fabric of a masonry wall. The photography was developed to express not only the design of the objects, but the way they interact with surface, texture, and space.

Rather than treating the lights as isolated products, the images approached them as architectural gestures — objects designed to disappear, reflect, illuminate, and quietly transform their surroundings.
